At Jhoen Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 60 calendar days after receipt.

Visible Damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches): You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or videos of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified by the customer. Once received and approved by our quality analysis, you may choose to:

Exchange the item for another product in stock.

Receive a refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products include a 60-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, you must provide a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the visible shipping label.
